Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery for most products purchased on GreenPetGear.com. You can return or exchange it, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in Original Condition: The product must be in the same condition as when received, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Within 30 Days: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Purchased from GreenPetGear.com: Items bought from third-party retailers are not eligible.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact Us: Email us at greenpetgear@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging (or equivalent)
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Tip: We recommend using recyclable or biodegradable packing materials to align with our eco-friendly mission!
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3–5 business days), we’ll notify you via email about approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds cover the item cost, excluding original shipping fees.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
Want to swap for a different size, color, or product? We’ll gladly exchange eligible items! Contact greenpetgear@gmail.com within 30 days to arrange an exchange. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we’ll cover shipping for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Opened or used pet food, treats, or grooming products.
- Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engraved collars).
- Items marked as final sale in their product description.
